  • Payment Terms: A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the tour begins.

  • Cancellation Policy: Written cancellations made more than 2 days before departure are subject to a 20% retention. Cancellations made 1 day before departure are subject to an 80% retention. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. Date changes are subject to availability.
