What’s included in the tour?
The tour includes a mountain bike selected to suit your size, a helmet, your own local guide, basic mechanical assistance and return transport from Yotala to Sucre. Before setting off, your guide checks the equipment, makes any final bike adjustments and gives you a short safety briefing.
What kind of bikes do you use?
We use aluminium mountain bikes with front suspension, equipped with either disc brakes or Shimano V-brakes, depending on the bike assigned. We select a suitable frame size based on your height and availability, then make final adjustments before the ride.
What should I bring?
Bring drinking water, sunscreen, sunglasses and a small backpack. Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes suitable for cycling. Pack a light jacket, a snack and some cash for personal purchases.
If the weather is warm, bring swimwear and a towel—we may be able to stop at a local swimming pool in Yotala, subject to opening hours and availability. Pool entry is not included in the tour price.

What happens if it rains?
The tour can go ahead in light rain. If rain is heavy, departure may be delayed for a few hours while conditions improve. Your guide will assess the route conditions before setting off. We start at 9:30 AM, but there is no fixed return time. The duration depends on your cycling pace, breaks and how long you choose to spend in Yotala. Some travelers stay longer for lunch or a swim.
